These Terms of Service govern your use of brixyeah.com and purchase of products from Brixyeah. Brixyeah is operated by 1001449298 ONTARIO INC, a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada ("Brixyeah", "we", "us").

By visiting our site and purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

Products

All building block kits sold on brixyeah.com are intended for the age groups stated on each product listing. We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our discretion.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable GST/HST/PST. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Shipping

We ship to addresses within Canada only. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. Standard shipping is $7.99 CAD; free shipping is available on orders over $100 CAD. See our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, email hello@brixyeah.com. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer; returns of defective or incorrect items are paid by us. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Intellectual Property

All content on brixyeah.com including text, images, logos, and product descriptions is the property of Brixyeah and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Brixyeah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
