Refund policy

Brixyeah is operated by 1001449298 ONTARIO INC, a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the kit must be unused, unbuilt, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase (order number).

How to return an item

  1. Email hello@brixyeah.com (or call +1 416-200-0850) with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We reply within 2 business days with a return authorization and the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the item back with a trackable service. Items sent without a return authorization cannot be accepted.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we email you to confirm the refund.

Who pays return shipping

  • Change of mind: the customer pays the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Defective, damaged or wrong item: Brixyeah pays. We send you a prepaid return label, or a replacement, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the return. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit.

Missing or damaged pieces

If your kit arrives with missing or damaged pieces, email hello@brixyeah.com with your order number and a photo. We send replacement pieces free of charge - no need to return the kit.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different kit, contact us and we will arrange it, subject to availability.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and kits that have been opened and built (unless defective) cannot be returned.
