We want you to love every Brixyeah kit. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Our 30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unbuilt, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number).

Missing or Damaged Pieces

If your kit arrived with missing or damaged pieces, email hello@brixyeah.com with your order number and a photo. We will send replacement pieces free of charge — no need to return the kit.

How to Start a Return

1. Email hello@brixyeah.com (or call +1 416-200-0850) with your order number and reason for return
2. We will send a return authorization and the return shipping address within 2 business days
3. Ship the item back using a trackable service. Items sent without a return authorization cannot be accepted
4. Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return

Who Pays Return Shipping

• Change of mind: the customer pays the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Defective, damaged or wrong item: Brixyeah pays — we send a prepaid return label or a replacement at no cost to you.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the credit.

Exchanges

Want a different design? Email us and we will arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, and kits that have been opened and built (unless defective), cannot be returned.
